Professional Management Services, Inc., dba PM-Systems, was chartered as a corporation in South Carolina in April 1990 to operate as a full-service computer, network, and business management consulting firm. While located on Hilton Head Island in 1990 and 1991, Professional Management Services’ primary client was Barnacle Broadcasting Ltd., which operated radio station WHTK-FM. Professional Management Services provided Barnacle Broadcasting with general, sales, and programming management, and directed the station to profitability during a period when well over half the radio stations in the United States were losing money. WHTK-FM was awarded the “South Carolina Radio Station of the Year” by the South Carolina Broadcasters Association in 1990.

Beau Sanders, President and General Manager of Professional Management Services, Inc., received a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism, Cum Laude, and a Masters of Mass Communications from the University of South Carolina. He is a computer network systems administration instructor, programming instructor, and consultant; and a veteran radio broadcaster. He is a Past President of the South Carolina Broadcasters Association and Charter President of the Advertising Federation of Spartanburg (SC). Beau was awarded the National President of the Year from the American Advertising Federation. He is a Certified Radio Marketing Consultant. Beau is also a Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE), Red Hat Certified Technician (RHCT), Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), Microsoft Certified Professional + Internet (MCP+I), A+™ Certified Computer Technician, Network+™ Certified Technician, and Linux+™ Certified Professional. Beau is a member of the faculty at Greenville Technical College, teaching courses in Red Hat Enterprise Linux, PHP/mySQL, Cisco Networking and other courses as needed.
